Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Magdalena's Palette! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high volume periods such as holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • USPS is our primary shipping carrier, and all shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you encounter such issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, Magdalena's Palette cannot file a claim with USPS or issue refunds or replacements. 

At Magdalena's Palette, we use eco-friendly packaging materials: cardboard boxes, compostable packing peanuts, shredded filler paper, and tissue paper, all of which are 100% recyclable. Our goal is to protect your products while minimizing environmental impact.
